These were actually pretty simple and turned out 1000% better than what you’d get at any restaurant. Instead of ground pork like the recipe calls for, I minced up regular ass pork chops. Better texture, better taste I think. Also made sesame noodles with it (a family recipe). The only thing I didn’t like was the pleating - mine came out like ass so I just handed them off for honey to do, because he was doing a much much better job of it than I was XD
